The sealed cover helps trap all the flavors, making the biryani extra delicious!😊<br /><br />🔷Here's a recipe to make it:-<br />☛FOR MARINATION:-<br />* Take Chicken - 600 grams in a bowl.<br />* Add 1 tsp Salt.<br />* 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste.<br />* ½ Lemon juice.<br />* 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.<br />* 1 tbsp Coriander powder.<br />* 1 tsp Cumin powder.<br />* ½ tsp Turmeric powder.<br />* 1 tsp Garam masala.<br />* 1 chopped tomatoes.<br />* ½ bowl chopped coriander leaves.<br />* ¼ cup Mint leaves.<br />* 2 Green chillies - Cut into two.<br />* 1 Cup fried onions (Birista)<br />* Yogurt - 150 grams.<br />* Mix well.<br />* Set aside for 30 minutes to marinate (NOTE:- For the best flavor, i recommend marinating overnight so that the spices get completely absorbed into the chicken)<br /><br />☛TO COOK THE RICE:-<br />* Boil 2 litres of water & add 2 tsp of salt, 4-5 Cloves, 3 Cinnamon sticks, 7-8 Whole black peppercorns, 1 Star anise, 5-6 Cardamoms, 1 tsp Caraway seeds, 2 Bay leaves, ½ cup chopped coriander leaves, ½ cup mint leaves, 2 tbsp oil, ½ Lemon juice & add Basmati Rice - 600 grams (Washed & Soaked).<br />* Stir & mix well.<br />* Bring to a boil & cook the rice for 8-9 minutes until it is 90% cooked.<br />* Strain it & keep it aside for further use.<br /><br />☛TO COOK THE CHICKEN:-<br />* Heat ½ cup of oil in a kadai.<br />* Now add 1 tsp of Caraway seeds, 1 Star anise, 5 Cardamoms, 5 Cloves, 1 Mace, 2 Cinnamon sticks & 8-10 whole black peppercorns. Stir & fry them.<br />* Now add the marinated Chicken. Stir & cook on medium flame.<br />* Wash the vessel in which we marinated the chicken pieces & pour that water into the kadai (WOK). Stir, mix & cook well.<br />* Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.<br />* Open the lid after 5-6 minutes. Stir & mix well.<br />* Close the lid & let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.<br />* Open the lid after 5-6 minutes. Stir & mix well.<br />* Close the lid & let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.<br />* Open the lid after 5 minutes. Stir & mix well.<br />* Our chicken is cooked well, so keep it aside for further use.<br /><br />☛FOR PARDA (DOUGH):-<br />* Take Palin Flour - 200 grams.<br />* Add ½ tsp Salt.<br />* ½ tsp Sugar.<br />* ¼ tsp Baking Soda.<br />* 2 tsp Yogurt.<br />* 2 tsp Oil.<br />* Mix well.<br />* Add little water or as required.<br />* Knead to smooth & soft dough.<br />* Our Dough is ready.<br />* Now let it rest for 8-10 minutes.<br /><br />
